AP-PRO PRIVACY POLICY

AP-PRO is directly responsible for the processing of this data. It is a company registered in the Paris Trade Register under number 880 361 910. Its head office is located at 149 Avenue du Maine. What information do we collect, how long do we keep it and why do we collect it?

The information we collect from our customers is provided by consent. That is, when the “contact us” form is completed and sent. The purpose of processing this information is to contact the user in order to answer his questions and to discuss directly with him about our services and his projects. In this sense, the data is stored directly in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool. This tool allows a better internal organization and an improvement of the quality of our customer relationship. The data collected is stored for 3 years from the last interaction with a prospect. In the case of a conversion of a prospect into a customer, this data is stored during the entire period of execution, in order to meet legal obligations such as proof of a service performed. CUSTOMER SERVICE – We use the information we collect in connection with our customer relations and support services. The information collected or produced in this way is kept for the duration of the contract and as stated above, in the case of a natural or legal person, characterized as a “prospect”, the data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Only clearly identified persons working within AP-PRO have access to this data. COMMUNICATION – AP-PRO may use the information collected from its users to communicate with them about current and potential future offers and general information about its business.

What are the legal grounds for data processing?

We process the above-mentioned data on the following legal grounds: 1. The processing is essential for the execution of a service. These data are mandatory and the cessation of their processing will block the entire relationship with the customer. 2. Consent. Any user who is part of the database can, if he/she so wishes and at any time, withdraw his/her consent and request to obtain, modify or delete his/her data. Cookies and Tracking Technologies – This information is stored (cookies and similar tracking technologies) to help us understand how our site is used, to tailor it accordingly and to communicate the most relevant information.
